I offer individual online/virtual therapy and counselling using a secure platform.  Online therapy or   online counselling are for individual adult clients.  You are welcome to reach out and contact me if   you require additional information.

 Online counselling provide access to services for clients who:

• live abroad and prefer a therapist that speaks their language and is acquainted with their culture

• travel frequently

• do not have access to therapeutic services due to living in a remote area

• struggle with mobility or are housebound

• due to a busy or irregular work schedule cannot attend therapy on a regular basis and requires flexible scheduling of appointments

• prefer anonymity
